The Královské Vinohrady district is one of the most sought-after addresses in Prague. The reason is the wealth of available amenities, exceptional access by public transport, a wide choice of options for leisure-time activities, the large number of parks and urban oases, and the imposing buildings one never tires of admiring.

Římská Street (Římská ulice) is situated a short distance from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí), which is an awesome resource offering all kinds of services – here you’ll find countless restaurants and bars, small and large shops, banks, cinemas, beauty salons and doctors’ surgeries, all beneath the steady gaze of the national patron saint, St. Wenceslas, whose monument and the National Museum dominate the setting.

Not far away is the Vinohrady Theatre, which also offers a cultural programme to savour – staging the finest plays with a prestigious ensemble for over a century, the venue is one of pillars of Prague’s theatre scene.
